Day 118: From Boulders to Breakthroughs: Founding Memberships Launch October 25th

Finally, we got far enough in the construction that we are ready to start selling Founding Memberships. Now that we have a building shell up, we can visualize the finish line of this ground-up construction marathon! With only a few months away from our grand opening, we want to offer an opportunity for people to secure Founding Memberships at the absolute best price we'll ever offer.

Construction Updates: Progress Despite the Challenges

Before I dive into membership details, let me share some construction updates that have me both exhausted and excited:

• The site team has made significant progress with the Cultec storm water management system, and

• The superstructure for the indoor facility is up with walls already covered with metal panels.

The Rock Chronicles: An Expensive Education

Over the course of the first three months, I got to learn that our land is peppered with rocks, boulders, and ledge. So I kept my fingers permanently crossed during the last few weeks, praying that we wouldn't find these "precious stones." At least they're precious for the site contractor who's getting a fortune for breaking them. Now that I'm thinking about it, I hope he didn't plant these rocks there ahead of time just to make an extra buck! 🙂

Jokes aside, my site team has done a great job working in heat and rain, making progress regardless of the challenges.

Olympic-Level Building Erection

The building erection team is just phenomenal! It feels like they're Olympic athletes trying to do everything in their power to break all possible records in the sport of building erection! In just about two weeks, they completed erection of the building skeleton and installed wall panels on all four sides!

Watching this unfold has been incredible. What seemed impossible just months ago is now taking physical shape before our eyes.

The Finish Line is in Sight

Now that we have an actual building and are about to start interior build-out, our confidence grows every day that we're going to be on schedule to open the club in the first quarter next year.

This milestone means we're finally ready to start welcoming our founding members. We're putting technology in place to process payments starting October 25th.

All-Inclusive Pickleball: $139/month with yearly commitment

All-Inclusive Padel and Pickleball: $189/month with yearly commitment

Once 150 Wave 1 memberships are sold out, prices will go up by $10/month for the next wave.

The Math Makes Sense

It's a no-brainer for people who play at least twice a week. With $60/hour for renting a pickleball court and $120/hour for booking a padel court, it doesn't take a math genius to see that the more you play, the more you save.
